Acoustic Vibes is a western classical event held during Riviera. The event consists of acoustic and acapella bands participating for a day of music.To be held in Greeno from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m on 30 th Jan
Rules and Regulations:
- All participating bands must be college members (with valid id cards). Band members from different colleges can form a band.
- The Band Profile should clearly mention the event, band members Name, College ID, Instrument, atleast two contact no and Mail ids .
- All bands must perform in English only.
- All bands have to send Band Profile + demo (preferably Own Composition)
- These demos can be in form of uploaded tracks on sites like Reverbnation, My band etc or a youtube link. You can also send them as an attachment to *raagaacoustics@gmail.com*
- A play time of 15+5 minutes only will be provided.
- Only basic drum kit and sound systems will be provided. Rest all instruments are to be brought by the band themselves.
- At least one original composition is required to be played.
- No Minus one track allowed.
- The band members must be 3-8 in number and band should stick to their alloted slot timings. NO CHANGE OF SLOT SHALL BE ENTERTAINED.
- The Judges'/Riviera Organizers decision shall be final and binding for all.
- By entering the competition and submitting recordings to Riviera , all entrants release, hold harmless and indemnify Riviera against all first, second and third party claims arising from any song and/or recording submitted which violates any of the competition rules or is the result of any breach of any warranty, representation, covenant or agreement and from any and all liability for any injuries or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition. Riviera shall not responsible for late, lost, damaged or postage due entries or for any problems or delays arising from mail carrier, common carrier or courier failure or malfunction. Riviera reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the requirements herein outlined at any time.
- Riviera 2011 team holds the right to change the rules at any moment of time.
